| Hummingbird Family Resources, Inc. formed
as the Southeast Inyo Children's Council (SICC) in
November, 2000. Our mission has always been to bring parents, educators,
and other community members and agencies together to support our children and
families. We identify needs, set goals, and implement creative solutions by
sharing local knowledge, ideas and talents. |
